We use personal information to operate Joolian, complete bookings, personalize discovery, communicate service updates, provide support, prevent fraud, protect users, improve our products, comply with law, and—with permission—send relevant news or offers.

We share information only where needed to provide the service, follow your instructions, protect the community, or comply with law. Activity providers receive the information reasonably necessary to serve a booked participant.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share consumer personal information—including phone numbers—with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or lead generation. We do not use SMS consent or phone-number data for third-party marketing.

5. Children’s privacy
Joolian is designed for parents and guardians to find and manage activities for children. Children should not create accounts or submit personal information without a parent or guardian. We aim to collect only the child-related information needed to match and administer activities.
If you believe a child submitted information without appropriate permission, contact privacy@joolian.ai so we can review and delete it where required.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain transaction and safety records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain personal information, or appeal a decision. You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time, adjust device permissions, and manage cookies through your browser.
