1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your use of Joolian’s website, applications, marketplace, communications, and related services. By using Joolian, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Joolian. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for activity decisions and bookings involving minors.
2. What Joolian provides
Joolian helps families discover and book offerings from independent activity providers and may offer personalized support or concierge services. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Joolian does not own or operate the activities listed by providers.
Listings, recommendations, availability, and provider information may change. We work to keep information useful and accurate but do not guarantee that every listing is complete or error-free.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You may not misuse Joolian, interfere with the service, scrape or copy content at scale, impersonate others, submit unlawful material, manipulate reviews, or attempt to bypass security.
4. Bookings, prices and payments
Prices, taxes, platform fees, provider charges, credits, and payment terms will be shown before purchase where applicable. By confirming a booking, you authorize the disclosed charge.
Providers are responsible for their program schedules, instruction, staffing, facilities, age requirements, prerequisites, and delivery. Joolian may facilitate payments and communications on their behalf.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
The cancellation, rescheduling, credit, and refund rules displayed during booking apply to that purchase. Provider policies may vary by activity. Certain fees may be non-refundable where disclosed.
If an activity is cancelled by a provider, the available remedy may include rescheduling, account credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable policy.
6. Safety and parental responsibility
Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for a child, reviewing provider information, disclosing relevant needs directly to the provider, following safety instructions, and arranging appropriate supervision, transportation, pickup, and emergency contacts.
Provider screening or verification signals are informational and do not guarantee future conduct, safety, quality, licensing, or suitability. Report urgent safety concerns to local emergency services and notify Joolian.
7. Provider responsibilities
Providers must present accurate business, program, pricing, availability, qualification, safety, and policy information; maintain required licenses and insurance; protect participant data; deliver booked services professionally; and comply with applicable laws.
Providers remain independent businesses and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or representatives of Joolian.
8. Content and intellectual property
Joolian and its licensors own the service design, brand, software, and original content. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
If you submit reviews, photos, suggestions, or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant Joolian permission to host, display, and use it to operate and improve the service, subject to privacy choices and law.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Joolian is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that can legally be disclaimed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific outcomes, or the conduct of independent providers or participants.
To the extent permitted by law, Joolian will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
10. Suspension, disputes and changes
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, Joolian, or the integrity of the service. You may stop using Joolian at any time, subject to outstanding bookings and obligations.
Before filing a formal claim, contact legal@joolian.ai so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Applicable law, venue, arbitration, and class-action provisions should be finalized with Joolian’s legal counsel before commercial launch.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
